If my client info is stored in your database, can you see it too?

Absolutely. In order to support any technical issues you might have, it is necessary for our programmers to be able to properly troubleshoot. Keep in mind, as the administrator there is no way for us to lock ourselves out, nor would it be smart should users run into a problem.
You will have in writing on the agency application we provide that we will never contact your clients directly, nor will we sell your database information to 3rd parties. I don't think we would have a very large user base if we were to do anything otherwise. Let us know if you have any further questions! |

Well, I work primarily in license/permit, so I think this could really help handle the volume and paperwork. I'd like to speak via phone if possible to ask some questions and get a better understanding of the program. Is this possible?

When we get closer to going live we will be calling all agencies on our list to familiarize them with our setup process and field any additional questions they have (which can also be posted on these forums in the meantime). Once setup, you will be able to play with a test database for as long as you'd like. If you feel it is a good fit, you can choose when you are comfortable enough with it to begin using with your clients.
We will also be putting demo videos on the website to teach you the ins and outs of how the system works. You can sign up at: http://www.suretybond.org/register-beta.php I encourage you to post any other questions you have on the forums. We have over 30 agencies signed up so far, but very little forum activity (as you can see). We hope to get more participation on the forums to limit answering the same questions with everyone on a 1 on 1 basis. |
