    • On principal application pages, your clients can submit information about their company and it's owner(s). The application will appear on your site and maintain your site's look, but the applicant will actually be inputing information into the SuretyBond.org system. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

  • Contact name
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Company phone number
  • Surety related company questions
  • Owner(s) name
  • Owner(s) address
  • Surety related owner(s) questions
  • (etc.)


    • The Way We Use Information:

    We use the information you provide about your agency to create an account for your company within our system. No agency specific details about your company will be shared outside parties. All data collected will be listed anonymously for statistical purposes only. We use the information provided by your clients only to provide your agency (not the principal direct) an instant bond quote. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to offer instant bond quotes to your agency. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can email us questions using forms within our website. Information you submit on our website will not be used for account setup unless you fill out the agency registration form. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
